It wasnt SO bad a first, but as time kept passing, the water just kept on rising and rising and rising and rising to the point where all the cars , including my parents car , was submerged under water :/ My dad, who has lived out here his … And another weird thing happened to: a few hours before the flooding, there was a strange loud BOOM noise, like right in front of my building.
